About the Institute

Taiba Higher Training Institute

شركة معهد طيبة العالي للتدريب — a Saudi training company delivering accredited academic diplomas, professional courses and internationally recognised certificates from three branches, to learners and employers across every region of the Kingdom.

01 — Who We Are

A training institute built around employability, not enrolment numbers

Taiba Higher Training Institute was established to close one specific gap in the Saudi market: the distance between what a certificate says and what a graduate can actually do on their first day of work. Every programme we run — from a two-and-a-half-year academic diploma to a five-day professional course — is designed backwards from a real job description.

What we do

Academic diplomas

across five sectors — Business, Information Technology, Health, Engineering and Languages. Multi-semester, accredited, advisory-led. We quote them in writing rather than selling them online, because tuition, instalments and timetable differ per candidate.

Training programmes

across five sectors — Business, Information Technology, Health, Engineering and Languages. Multi-semester, accredited, advisory-led. We quote them in writing rather than selling them online, because tuition, instalments and timetable differ per candidate.

Professional certificates

including PMP® exam preparation and CBP Certified Business Professional, for people whose next promotion depends on a recognised credential.

Corporate training

for organisations that need a syllabus written around their own processes, delivered at their premises or live online.

Who we serve

How we work

Practitioners teach. Cohorts stay small enough for individual feedback. Assessment is applied rather than recall-based. Attendance and competence are documented, so an employer can verify exactly what a graduate covered. And our commercial position is deliberately honest: prices, start dates and remaining seats are published rather than hidden behind a form.

02 — CEO Message

A word from our Chief Executive

Eng. Abdullah Al-Taibi

Chief Executive Officer

“Saudi Arabia is not short of ambition. What learners and employers ask us for is something narrower and harder: training that can be trusted. Trusted to be accredited, trusted to be taught by someone who has actually done the work, and trusted to be priced and scheduled exactly as promised.

That is the standard we hold ourselves to. We publish our prices. We publish our start dates. We tell a candidate honestly when a programme is not the right route for them, even when it costs us the enrolment — because a graduate who cannot find work is not a success for anyone.

Vision 2030 asks the training sector to produce capability, not paperwork. Every syllabus we write, every instructor we appoint and every branch we open is measured against that. I invite you to hold us to it.”

03 — Vision & Mission

Where we are going, and how

Two statements, five values — and no sentence we could not defend to a graduate two years after they leave us.

Our Vision

To be the training institute Saudi employers name first when they are asked where capable people come from — recognised for graduates who perform, not for certificates issued.

Our Mission

To deliver accredited, practitioner-led diplomas and professional programmes across every Saudi region, priced transparently and scheduled around real working lives, so that each graduate leaves with demonstrable, documented capability.

Honesty in commerce

Published prices, published dates, published seat counts. No pressure selling and no hidden fees.

Applied over theoretical

Assessment by doing. Every module ends in something a participant can show an employer.

Practitioners teach

Instructors are appointed for current field experience first, teaching credentials second.

Access across regions

Three branches, on-site corporate delivery and live online options for the whole Kingdom.

Documented quality

Accreditation maintained, attendance recorded, outcomes measured and reported.

Vision 2030 alignment

Programmes prioritised in the sectors the national transformation is actively hiring in.
