Training duration: 20 hours.
2. The educational axis
Objective: To improve teaching skills and effective communication with trainees.
Training content:
- Interactive teaching strategies.
- How to deal with the diversity of learning styles among trainees.
- Evaluating academic performance and motivating trainees.
Training duration: 15 hours.
3. Technical Axis
Objective: To enable trainers to use modern technologies in training.
Training content:
- Using technology tools in training (such as e-learning systems).
- Designing interactive digital content.
- Managing virtual classrooms and educational platforms.
Training duration: 10 hours.
Implementation mechanisms
- The training is conducted in the form of in-person and virtual workshops.
