Each trainee’s username and password are created by the institute’s administration, and this data is sent to the email address that the trainee registered for during course registration.Entry Name:
Trainees must enter the room using their full first name. If there are multiple names, both the first name and the middle name should be used.Advertisements inside the hall:
Posting any advertisements, external links, phone numbers, or social media information inside the hall is prohibited, except with the permission of the hall supervisor.Discussions within the hall:
It is strictly forbidden to engage in political, sectarian, or religious disputes within the hall.Hall management:
The hall supervisor has the right to control the hall’s features such as opening and closing the writing, audio participation, and recording the course in a manner that suits the course’s progress and in coordination with the trainer.General conduct:
You must adhere to general etiquette and engage in appropriate dialogue with the instructor and fellow course participants, and refrain from insulting or using inappropriate language towards anyone.Technical problems:

The institute is not responsible for any sudden interruption in the connection to the online classroom during the course. In the event of a technical malfunction, the institute and the classroom supervisor will make every effort to cooperate with the trainees, and if a significant amount of time is lost from the course, it will be compensated by adding extra time on the days or hours of the course.Warnings:
If any of the above rules are violated, the trainee will be warned the first time, and if it is repeated, the writing feature will be disabled for him until the end of the training day.Ethical violations:
In the event of a serious ethical violation by the trainee against the institute, the trainer, the hall supervisor, other trainees, or any political or religious entity, the institute’s management has the right to terminate the trainee’s registration in the course, and the fees paid will not be refunded.
