Our commitment to protecting intellectual property and copyright rights

At Taiba Higher Institutes for Training, we are committed to fostering a learning environment that respects intellectual property rights and copyright. The Institute’s policy for protecting intellectual property and copyright rights

Taiba Higher Institutes for Training prohibits any unlawful use or exploitation of the intellectual or material content of the institute or any other party. The following policies are strictly enforced:

  • All educational materials, including lectures, books, articles, presentations, and digital materials, are protected by copyright laws.
  • Copying, reproducing or distributing any material without prior permission from the author or publisher is prohibited.
2. Use resources responsibly:
  • All students and staff must properly cite the sources used in assignments or research.
  • Plagiarism in all its forms is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.
3. Protecting personal creativity:
  • Students and faculty members are encouraged to innovate and be creative, with the assurance that their work will be legally protected.
  • Any creation developed within the institute entitles its owner to intellectual property rights unless otherwise agreed.
4. Monitoring digital usage:
  • All electronic systems and digital materials belonging to the institute are subject to intellectual property rights.
  • The use or modification of programs or applications owned by the institute is prohibited without prior permission.

Consequences and disciplinary measures

Any violation of intellectual property and copyright rights will result in:

  • Internal review by a specialized committee.
  • Taking legal action if necessary.
  • Applying academic sanctions, which may include temporary or permanent suspension.
