The Insurance Diploma in the Department of Administrative Technology is designed in accordance with the needs of the local labor market for the specialization. Training for this specialization is carried out at the Taiba Higher Institute for Training in five half-term training semesters, the duration of each training semester is eighteen training weeks, with a total of (1632) training hours, in addition to (490) hours of practical training in the labor market, equivalent to (77) credit hours.

This program provides training in specialized insurance skills to meet the urgent need of the Saudi insurance market for specialists in this field, especially in insurance and reinsurance companies, as well as supporting the Saudi insurance market with employees specializing in cooperative insurance and health insurance who are able to perform job duties with high technical quality.

In addition, the program offers freelance work and professions related to insurance, such as insurance brokers, insurance agents, actuary assistants, loss adjusters, insurance consultants, and insurance claims settlement specialists. Graduates of this program are awarded an associate degree in insurance, specializing in administrative technology, and are expected to work in the insurance sector in all administrative roles, in addition to working as insurance brokers, insurance agents, actuary assistants, loss adjusters, insurance consultants, and insurance claims settlement specialists.
