Introduction

Taiba Higher Institutes for Training is a leading national institution in the field of training and individual development across various disciplines. We strive to provide a distinguished educational experience through a team of highly experienced and qualified trainers.
To ensure the highest quality in e-learning, we have implemented all the necessary components of an e-learning system, along with training for trainers in three key areas:

  1. Using technology.
  2. Developing electronic content.
  3. Teaching skills.


First: Using technology

Trainers undergo 10 hours of training on the fundamental concepts of technology and its applications in education, so that at the end of the training the trainer is able to:

  • Effective planning for distance education using technological means.
  • Using various methods for electronic assessment.
  • Developing professional performance using technical means.
  • Using mobile devices such as smartphones and personal computers to achieve greater flexibility and interaction in teaching.
  • Accessing the online platform and using educational systems effectively.
  • Ensuring the availability of the necessary tools to deliver e-learning efficiently.
  • Dealing with the scientific material technically, including attendance and testing systems.
  • Safe and responsible use of technology resources.


Second: Developing electronic content

Trainers receive 10 hours of training in designing and developing e-content, including:

  • Creating digital educational content using various computer applications.
  • Publishing and presenting electronic content to trainees in an attractive way.
  • Choosing the appropriate educational media according to the needs of the trainees.
  • Using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Educational Content Management Systems.
  • Utilizing Google’s services and tools in developing educational content.


Third: Teaching skills

Trainers are trained to acquire professionalism in teaching through the following three stages:

1. Technical phase
  • Mastering basic computer skills.
  • Using social media platforms in academic environments.
2. Design phase
  • Prepare a detailed description of the training program.
  • Designing high-quality e-learning content.
  • Diversifying teaching methods to promote interaction and teamwork.
  • Designing educational materials according to the requirements of the beneficiaries.
  • The online educational content is constantly being updated.
3. Administrative System Stage
  • Monitoring the online attendance of trainees.
  • Ensuring continuous interaction between trainers and trainees.
  • Monitoring the progress of trainees in completing training programs.
  • Providing a fair and continuous evaluation to improve the remote training experience.
